LELHC makes decisions by shared consent. We have diverse views and values. We make decisions by considering whether it is "good enough for now, safe enough to try". This helps us to investigate and experiment with meaningful collective actions. We trust each other to communicate clearly and regularly and to share feedback. We allow for a continuous exploration of our collective ideas while balancing our need to take effective and timely action.
